About me
Doug Newcomb has a BS in Geography from the University of Illinois (CU) and an MA in Geography from the University of North Carolina (CH). Doug is recently retired after a 34 year career with the Department of the Interior serving in various IT and GIS capacities related to Remote Sensing, Cartography, and Open Source Software. When Doug is not playing with point clouds and making maps, he enjoys hiking with a camera.
